Altayeb al Rif works with the rural agro-food cooperatives and small to medium enterprises (SMEs) to help them market their products in Lebanon and abroad. Under our brand “Lebanese Village Products” we work to create sustainable linkages between consumers and the producers by exploring the market and participating in relevant exhibitions.
On average we participate in 15 shows each year to help link consumers with our producers, especially during known holidays like Christmas, Easter, Mother’s day, etc. We export our products to a number of countries including the US, Europe, the Gulf and MENA region. Not only do we participate in trade shows, we also organize events at our boutique “Rural Delights” in Gemayze (Beirut, Lebanon).
Our clients include food outlets, restaurants, health food shops, as well as individual consumers. Since our organization began in 2002, we have significantly increased our exposure and helped hundreds of women and rural cooperatives to market their products. Altayeb Al Rif's current goal is to integrate high quality rural products into the urban lifestyle.
