Atayeb el Rif Program

Samira is one of the women we trained in the Kfardebian Cooperative.  After her training with Atayeb Al Rif, Samira invested her free time into food processing and became known for developing innovative products such as prune and apple paste!  In 2016 she won 3^rd place  at the World Pesto Championship in Italy.  

She currently creates jobs and generates income for a group of 12 women.  She has also become a trainer with Atayeb Al Rif, with a specialization in syrups & compotes, as Kfardebian is particularly well known for its fruit trees.  We are proud to announce that Samira recently became an official member of the Atayeb Al Rif Cooperative team.
