Atayeb el Rif Program

Hiyam is one of Altayeb el Rif's trainees that has been highly successful in our program.  Following her training with us in food production, she became the main provider for her family, specializing in goat dairy products. 

Today Hiyam manages her own production center, and successfully sells her products not only throughout Lebanon but also to Canada and the Gulf.  Her products are in high demand; Hiyam buys over 20 tons of milk per year, economically supporting the neighboring farms.  Through her business she also creates jobs and additional income for 18 women from her community.
