Accountability: Operations Manager
Age: >20 years
- In charge of supporting the implementation of projects, as well as the development of new proposals, by assisting the operations team.
Educational Background And Needed Skills:
- University students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply (social studies or relevant field)
- Able to convey information, ideas and policies at all levels within the organization
- Excellent organizational skills - details oriented
- Excellent Computer skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written - Arabic & English
- Office and Field work
- 5 days per week, 6 hours per day, from 8:00 am till 2:00 pm
- Internship experience is required
- Preferred Internship with NGOs
Responsibilities And Obligations:
- Conducts logistical tasks related to events, trainings, seminars and fairs.
- Helps to maintain and update website and social media.
- Coordinates with team members and with other partners on all project-based activities.
- Handles meeting minutes and updates on projects and related meetings.
- Creates templates, sheets and charts for administrative documents.
- Drafts documents including reports, letters, invitations, MOUs, lists and other implementation documents.
- Participates in data collection and research tasks.
- Helps in Monitoring and evaluation, helps with surveys and assists in measuring the impact of projects.
- Assists the operations manager in the programing process and grant writing activities.
- Participates in the elaboration of projects: needs assessments, baseline survey and proposal of actions.
- Provides field reports that have details of the daily activities, including meetings and work progress.
- Coordinates and archives projects related documents.
- Undertakes field visits to Bekaa to overview activities and trainings.
- Prepares monthly reports to Operations Manager.
